Follow Up

Patient can visit consultation page to book an appointment. Patient can also call the clinic to take an appointment. Please avail the online follow up facility for patients who are unable to visit clinic . Please follow the steps to avail facility.

1. Patient should mention the changes in their complaints after taking medicine and any other complaints in detail by mail.Please mention your full name ,present complaints and last consultation date.
2. For patients with skin problems it is advised to send the photographs .
3. After going through it , medicines will be send by courier /post. Advance payment need to be done for those who want medicines via courier. You will receive mail from clinic regarding the amount to be transferred .
4. Medicines will be dispatched after amount is successfully received in account.
5. In case of emergency you can send message via whatsapp .
